message, video is the best choice. Videos enable
the audience to be a “fly on the wall”
to observe things that are otherwise inaccessible
(such as medical procedures and product demonstrations)
and to hear the opinions of thought leaders in
the field. Animation is integrated into programs
to clarify difficult information and provide visual
interest.
Videos

or CD-ROMs, or streamed over the Web.
