CME
Meeting Planning and Consulting:
 |
In
addition to media design and production, we
offer consulting, meeting planning and educational
services to the medical community. We partner
with ACCME-accredited academic institutions to
provide a variety of live and enduring CME activities.
In conjunction with our CME partners we develop,
organize, and run continuing medical education
symposia and produce accredited CD-ROMs, DVDs,
e-learning web sites, and podcasts.

- CME
Meeting Planner for
satellite symposium at Heart Failure Society
of America (HFSA) annual meeting.
- Consultant
to China Medical Board of New York, Inc.
and Chinese Ministry of Health regarding
use of media for medical education. Included
site visits to the eight key medical schools
in China and participation as faculty
for a five day seminar in Beijing titled
Audiovisual Methods in Teaching the
Basic Medical Sciences.
- Task
Force Member for the Remote Education
Delivery System project sponsored by the
Veteran’s Administration for the
purpose of developing a model for planning
and delivery of complex conferences and
meetings to remote participants.
- Faculty
and curriculum design for Television
and Health Care, a three-day international
symposium sponsored by Massachusetts General
Hospital.
- President
and Board of Directors
of the Health Sciences Communications
Association.
- Meeting
Planner for the Health and Science
Communications Association annual meetings
since 1998.
