A patient education video about discharge planning, this program was targeted at non-English speaking patients to help them take action to become an integral part of the healing process and increase compliance with treatment regimens. This program is available in 6 languages: English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Cantonese, and Khmer for distribution to hospitals nationwide.
